Longevity Alliance would like to provide you with important information regarding your Medicare Prescription Drug Plan (PDP). You now have a choice in how you review your plan! Below are the simple instructions that will enable you to do your own PDP review and enrollment. This gives you the opportunity to review the drugs you currently use, as well as, the drugs your doctor may prescribe in the future. You may review your plan at your convenience, anytime day or night.

We will do our best to provide you with all the necessary instructions to help you navigate through the available PDP Plan options. Our goal is to give you peace of mind during this transition period of self-enrolling in your PDP plan.

If you need to review your Medicare Supplement plan, please contact your advisor for options to make sure your plan continues to meet your current needs and budget.

The instructions below will enable you to do your own PDP review on the website.
