The headquarters office for Longevity Alliance is located in the Phoenix, Arizona area. We have an additional contact center in the Philadelphia, PA area. We are licensed to sell insurance in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. We specialize in Medicare Supplement insurance, Medicare Advantage plans, Medicare Part D plans, long term care insurance, life insurance and term life insurance.

8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time Monday - Saturday
10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Sunday
Extended hours during the Medicare annual enrollment period (Oct. 15 - Dec. 7)
8:00 a.m. - 9:00 pm. Eastern Time - 7 days per week
